But just incase here are the Specific Conditional Policies:

Server abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or client, of MBarron.net is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use of other people's accounts or computers is prohibited. So all you wanna be "l33t H@X0R$" can go back to AOL or what ever hole you crawled out of.
Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.

Commercial Advertisements with E-mail
SPAM is pure evil, any unauthorized email originating from my server will result in instant account deletetion, and NO REFUNDS given.

Server Resources
Any web site that uses a high amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to CPU Time, Memory Usage, and Network Resources) will be given an option of either upgrading their account type or reducing the resources used to an acceptable level.

This rules exsists, because everyone on the server deserves the same level of service and speed, resource hogs will not be tolerated.

Transfer/Bandwidth
You are allocated a specific amount of bandwidth according to your account type, exceeding this limit will result in being charged for the excess used. Current rate for excess transfer is $1.50AUD per Gig(1000MB). Grace is given for small individual non repeating monthly excesses, but regular excesses greater than 300MB will require the purchase of another Gig.

Payment & Providal of Services
I can't believe I have to say this, but if you don't pay up then you don't get the hosting services.
I won't delete your site's content for a two month period, if payment hasn't been arranged since then; I will reserve the right to delete your data from the system.

Content
I will not allow any illegal content eg. Child Pornography, or drug related info on my server. This includes illegal activities and/or products.
eg. Any type of software piracy including "warez, pirate cds, cracks or copy protection removal software." etc..

Refusal of Service
I Reserve the right to cancel any account, at my discretion.
Warnings will be given, but continued abuse of any of these policies will result in service terrmination.

Disclaimer, Indemnification, Law Stuff
By using my server, you agree not to sue, fine, burn, or yell at me.
I believe the saying "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!" fits well.

Any damages suffered as a result of using any MBarron.net Services is by default your own problem. I hate to sound unfriendly but with lawyers prowling the sites at night for victims, I have to protect myself.

Privacy Policy
I will never sell or use your private data for any other purpose than to communicate with you, regarding offical matters. All, If Any data is encryted and stored in a secure location.

Price Changes
I reserve the right to change the prices for any service offered on MBarron.net, with due warning. Exsisting customers will keep the old price for a six month period. I have put careful research into the current prices and you can expect them to be quite permanent.

Refunds
Unless prior arrangments have been made, no refunds will be given for any MBarron.net service. It will depend on individual circumtances.
